Sector Network SNRD Asia and the Pacific
The Sector Network Natural Resources and Rural Development in Asia and the Pacific (SNRD Asia and the Pacific) acts as a platform for the organised exchange of regional and sectoral information and to facilitate cooperation between GIZ staff working in our partner countries and at Head Office. SNRD AP is an important mechanism for quality control and knowledge management in member projects/programmes and provides them with direct benefits.
SNRD Asia and the Pacific Interactive Portfolio Map
The SNRD Asia and the Pacific Interactive Portfolio Map brings together more than 69 GIZ member projects from across Asia and the Pacific and beyond in one interactive space. It offers a unique opportunity to explore the diversity, experience, and impact of projects working towards sustainable rural development across the region.
Browse projects by Topic, SDGs, or Country, and discover project information, resources, and connections across different contexts and challenges.
Projects are often showcased individually, making it difficult to see the bigger picture. This portfolio brings them together in one place, making it easier to explore the breadth of the SNRD AP project community. Information has been curated and verified by participating projects wherever possible.
SNRD Asia and the Pacific Thematic Catalogue
Bringing together project information from across the network is not always easy, especially when a printable resource is needed. This Thematic Catalogue brings together more than 69 member projects, organized by thematic areas, in one easy-to-use publication.
As a companion to the interactive SNRD AP Portfolio Map, the catalogue serves as a convenient reference for meetings, exhibitions, events, and offline use, offering a concise overview of the knowledge, experiences, and innovations driving sustainable development across Asia and the Pacific and beyond.
